1. Order Placement & Acceptance

• Shipping Costs: All orders qualify for free shipping with no minimum purchase required. No additional shipping fees will be added to your order total.
• Shipping Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address (including street name, apartment/unit number, city, and postal code). We are not liable for undelivered, lost, or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect address information. If you need to update your address, contact us within 1 business day of order placement—address changes are not possible once the order ships.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Return Eligibility: You may return unused, unwashed, and undamaged products (in original packaging with all tags/accessories intact) within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Customized products, final sale items, or items not in original condition are ineligible for return.

• Refund Processing: Once returned items are received and inspected (to confirm eligibility), refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method in USD. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank/payment provider and is outside our control.
